About Privacy
This information text and privacy policy, prepared by Alanya Health Tourism Association (hereinafter referred to as ALSTUD) in accordance with the obligations we are required to comply with under the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), aims to inform visitors/users of our website, https://www.alstud.org.tr (website), about the processing of the information/data they voluntarily share when visiting the site.
Data that can be processed and collected
Data that visitors/users using/accessing the ALSTUD website share during this use/access and that may be processed by us;
2.1 Additionally, ALSTUD collects and shares certain data with us through the use of cookies by the websites we use for services (Google Analytics, Google Search Console).

Data Processing Purposes and Consent
We process data regarding the sections visited/accessed by users/visitors when they enter the website for purposes such as improving the quality of use for our users when they log in to the site, making site use easier to increase the benefit derived from its use, and improving our website and preventing potential security vulnerabilities.
ALSTUD processes data starting from the moment users/visitors log in to the site, including their use of the contact form, and for the purposes stated above, such as further improving the website for users/visitors, informing users/visitors about the services offered, learning about their satisfaction/complaints regarding the services, making the website more secure, correcting errors/deficiencies on the website, and introducing new services.

Although the Personal Data Protection Law (KVK Law) requires the consent of the data subject to process their data, in some exceptional cases, this data may be processed even without the data subject's consent. These cases are:

- (b) It is necessary for the protection of the life or physical integrity of the person who is unable to express their consent due to factual impossibility or whose consent is not legally valid, or for the protection of the life or physical integrity of another person.
- c) The processing of personal data of the parties to a contract is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract.
- d) It must be necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations.
- (e) The information must have been made public by the person concerned themselves.

- g) The processing of data is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

User's Rights to Access Data and Requests
Users/Visitors may apply to ALSTUD within the framework of the rights/powers granted to them by the Personal Data Protection Law;

Storage Period and Precautions to be Taken

ALSTUD is obligated to take all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure an appropriate level of security to prevent the unlawful processing of personal data, to prevent unlawful access to data, and to ensure its preservation. This obligation continues even after the termination of employment. ALSTUD undertakes to comply with all of the obligations listed in this context.
