New Regulation – April 26, 2025
The "Regulation on International Health Tourism and Tourist Health," which has generated widespread attention in the sector since its publication, has been thoroughly evaluated. The innovations introduced by the regulation, the sectoral adaptation process, and especially the removal of the independent office requirement were discussed in detail.

USHAŞ's New Strategic Role
Behlül Ünver emphasized that in the new era, USHAŞ will not only be an implementing institution but will also play a role as an actor that draws the strategic roadmap of the sector and builds a bridge between the public and private sectors. This vision perfectly aligns with the goals of our association.

Health Türkiye System
The restructuring of the system, focusing on corporate visibility, patient safety, and digitalization, is considered a crucial element of the Health Türkiye platform, which will reinforce Türkiye's central role in international patient traffic in the future.

Advertising Regulations and Class A Agencies
Promotional activities are one of the most critical factors determining the sector's presence in the global market. In this context, new advertising regulations and the role of TÜRSAB Class A agencies were detailed. It was unanimously agreed that the new structure necessitates professionalization and will increase competitiveness.

Building the Future with Collective Wisdom
As the Alanya Health Tourism Association, we are working to ensure that Türkiye's health tourism potential reaches its rightful place on a global scale. In this process, the guidance and cooperation of public institutions such as USHAŞ are invaluable resources for us.
